Business Director Amanda Crossley started Concierge Ninja in 2017 after seeing a need for busy professionals to gain back time in their hectic lives. After working alongside CEOs, directors and business owners, she then wanted to help others on a much bigger scale – those coming to Blackpool! Blackpool is close to Amanda’s heart as this is where Concierge Ninja was born and bred.
From shooting guns to becoming a Personal Concierge
In 2013, Amanda left her career in the Royal Navy to bring up her two girls. It was then that her love of planning and organising really shone through. She studied events management at home while caring for her two young children. Creating bespoke events and making dreams come true was something she felt passionate about.
However, she quickly learned that people were struggling not just planning events, but planning their own lives! She knew that time with loved ones was precious, which is why she turned to becoming a Personal Concierge. Using her military skills, she quickly adapted to organising personal diaries, keeping husbands in the good books by not letting them forget anniversaries, travel planning, errand running and everything in between!
Now she is turning the tables, she wants to give back to the town she loves and show everyone exactly what Blackpool has to offer: the luxury side to Blackpool
